2nd Annual EWGA Charity Golf Tournament on Nov. 4th at Black Mountain Country Club

Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA), Las Vegas chapter, has announced that registration is now open for their Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting The Shade Tree shelter. The cost of golf is $95.00 per person and includes dinner and a $20.00 donation to The Shade Tree. The tournament will take place Sunday, November 4th at the Black Mountain Country Club in Henderson, NV with registration at 10 am and shotgun start at 11:30 am. This will be the second year that EWGA has donated the net proceeds of this event to The Shade Tree. It promises to be even more fun than last year with a $5000 prize for a hole-in-one, closest-to-the-pin prize, raffle & door prizes and many fun contests.

EWGA Las Vegas is part of a national organization of women golfers that encourages women to learn and play the game, and support their communities. This event is one of many that the Las Vegas chapter has held to raise funds for local charities.

The Shade Tree mission is to provide safe shelter for homeless and abused women and children in crisis (and now pets) and to offer life-changing services promoting stability, dignity, and self-reliance.
