Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network Hosts Inaugural Leadership Summit

Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network, will be hosting Challenge For Change, the inaugural Leadership Summit on Friday, September 28.
The 2007 Leadership Summit will feature a keynote speaker, breakout sessions and key opportunities to Give, Grow and Attract as young professionals. The event will also host the first ever Reno Gazette-Journal's "20 Under 40" awards which will honor 20 local and exceptional business and community leaders under 40 years of age.
The event is open to young professionals and will take place Friday, September 28 from noon to 5 p.m. at Grand Sierra Resort. The cost is $40 for RTYPN members and $55 for non-members. The Reno Tahoe Young Professionals Network was created as a result of the Target2010 strategic economic planning study conducted by the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN). The study indicated attracting and retaining young professionals as critical to the future growth of northern Nevada's economy.
