P+R Architects Completes Arroyo Market Square

LAS VEGAS - The Las Vegas office of Perkowitz+Ruth Architects recently completed Arroyo Market Square, a 94,000-square-foot retail power center located in Las Vegas. The project of client Laurich Properties is home to a variety of national major tenants, as well as in-line shop tenants and casual dining selections.

P+R Architects designed the 88-acre site, establishing design guidelines for the center that unified the aesthetic of 28 buildings housing more than 40 tenants. The center's design reflects its desert surroundings with the use of stone, textured block and strong earth tones.

Arroyo Market Square is located adjacent to the Arroyo Corporate Center, a 1.5 million square foot Class "A" office development, and off the Las Vegas Beltway at Rainbow Boulevard. Tenants include: Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Sports Chalet and Office Max, as well as a Chili's Restaurant.
