Las Vegas - L.A. Weight Loss signed a 60-month, $238,910.16 lease on 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Sunrise Marketplace, located at 400 North Nellis Boulevard, #J2, in Las Vegas. No agents were listed as representatives for the tenant; David Grant and Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the lessor, Donahue Schriber Realty LP.
Las Vegas – Dr. Jon Bernstein signed a 38-month, $247,000 lease on 4,989 square feet of office space, located at 1090 E. Desert Inn Road, Suite 200, in Las Vegas. Suzette LaGrange and Chris Jensvold of Colliers International represented the tenant; Soozi Jones Walker of Commercial Executives represented the lessor, Roy T. Eddleman Living Trust.

Las Vegas – Cogent Investment Limited-Liability Company recently purchased 0.93 acres of industrial space, located on the southeast corner of Pollux Avenue and Polaris Avenue., in Las Vegas for $2,769,526.
