LAS VEGAS - Oct. 10 2008 - Advanced Management Group has been selected by the Blue Marble Development group to serve as the property management company for Joshua Hills, a luxury 168-unit multi-family, 10-acre residential lease community located at 2929 E. Centennial Parkway in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Blue Marble purchased the property in August 2008 and is now leasing the condo units. Currently, two of the complex's residential buildings are completed. A third building is approximately 40 percent complete with an expected occupancy date during the fourth quarter.

Advanced Management Group is working with the owners to position the property for upscale leasing including plans for landscaping, pool & cabana enhancements as well as other common area design or improvements.

Joshua Hill's condominium-style architecture is inviting with covered entries and single car garages. Floor plans are open and include such design elements as ceramic tile entries, 10-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, a laundry room and over-sized balconies. Kitchens include a gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, track lighting, and sit down nooks. Amenities include gated entry, pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, barbecue areas and clubhouse. The one and two-bedroom units range from 1178 square-foot to 1436 square-foot and $950 to $1300 monthly. .

In addition to its property management services, Advanced Management Group will serve as the Home Owners Association managers for those residents who purchased units prior to the Blue Marble Development purchase.
