Crisci Builders Commences Build Out of Greenberg Traurig Law Office

Crisci Builders has begun the interior build out for the Las Vegas law offices of Greenberg Traurig at 3773 Howard Hughes Parkway. Crescent Real Estate contracted Crisci Builders for the 23,000-square-foot, two-story project at The Hughes Center. The law firm occupies two floors of the building. JMA Architecture Studios is the architect. The project is scheduled for completion in May 2008.

 

LaPour Corporate Center Receives LEED-Silver Pre-Certification

LaPour Corporate Center has received LEED Silver Core and Shell Pre-Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The $19 million, three-story, 70,000-square-foot office building was pre-certified based on its submission of documented plans to satisfy green performance and systems requirements. Upon completion of the shell and core, the USGBC will officially certify the building. LEED for Core and Shell is a green building rating system for designers, builders, developers and new building owners who want to implement sustainable design for new core and shell construction.

 

The Korte Company Completes Certified LEED Green Building

The Korte Company completed a $31 million tenant improvement project at Molasky Corporate Center, which is owned by The Molasky Group of Companies. Anchor tenants include the Southern Nevada Water Authority and the Las Vegas Valley Water District who have moved their headquarters into the Class A office building. The project encompasses 180,000 square feet on seven floors of the building. Upon completion, the building is expected to be certified Gold.

 

Breslin Builders Break Ground on Metreon

Breslin Builders broke ground on the $33 million Metreon Las Vegas, an urban enclave of shops, restaurants and five-story residential towers located on the northeast corner of West Flamingo and I-215. The mixed-use project, being developed by Kennedy Commercial, will feature 110,000 square feet of boutique retail shopping and professional offices, as well as two five-story towers featuring live/work and residential units. The initial phase of the Metreon development is expected to be completed in mid-2008, with retailers opening in the fall of 2008.
